{"id":35324,"date":"2011-10-05T09:13:17","date_gmt":"2011-10-05T07:13:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=35324"},"modified":"2011-10-05T09:14:38","modified_gmt":"2011-10-05T07:14:38","slug":"adobe-announces-graphics-app-for-tablets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/technology\/35324-adobe-announces-graphics-app-for-tablets.html","title":{"rendered":"Adobe announces graphics app for tablets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Content creators now have new software that allows them to do graphical editing work in tablets such as the <a title=\"Apple\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/342717-Apple-inc\">Apple<\/a> iPad, thanks to a recently announced suite of applications by <a title=\"Adobe Systems\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/364802-Adobe\">Adobe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Adobe Touch suite consists of six applications, including a photo editor, a collage tool a creative suite file presenter, a vector drawing program, a social colour palette manager, and software for designing wireframes. The Touch suite is a lightweight tool that offers core features from Adobe\u2019s mobile photo editing applications, known as Photoshop Touch.<\/p>\n<p>The Android version of the Touch suite is designed to work on <a title=\"Android Mobile Oerating System\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/221979-Google-Android\">Android<\/a> Honeycomb, with demo videos on the Adobe site showing the applications running on a Motorola Xoom.<\/p>\n<p>The Touch suite is aimed at consumers rather than professionals, and the Android version will retail for around $9.99 (R81.24).
