{"id":373370,"date":"2020-10-30T08:42:10","date_gmt":"2020-10-30T06:42:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=373370"},"modified":"2020-10-30T08:43:17","modified_gmt":"2020-10-30T06:43:17","slug":"rain-launches-mobile-app","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/software\/373370-rain-launches-mobile-app.html","title":{"rendered":"Rain launches mobile app"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rain has <a href=\"https:\/\/support.rain.co.za\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360002383198-Where-can-I-download-the-rain-app-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>launched<\/strong><\/a> a new mobile app called &#8220;My Rain&#8221;, which allows customers to manage their accounts and data usage from their mobile phones.<\/p>\n<p>The app is currently available to download from the <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=consumer.app.co.za.rain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Google Play Store<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/appgallery.cloud.huawei.com\/ag\/n\/app\/C103109563?locale=en_US&amp;source=appshare&amp;subsource=C103109563\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Huawei AppGallery<\/strong><\/a> for Android devices with Google Mobile Services (GMS) and Huawei Mobile Services (HMS), respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The application allows users to manager their accounts, view daily data usage, and check on their monthly billing.<\/p>\n<p>It also includes support features for easy interaction over text chat with Rain support staff.<\/p>\n<p>The My Rain app lists the following features on its Google Play Store page:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manage your account<\/strong> &#8211; Update your personal details and payment method, and view your current and past invoices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Billing info<\/strong> &#8211; See how much you\u2019re going to be billed for the month. No nasty surprises.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daily usage<\/strong> &#8211; See how much you\u2019ve been using for every day of the past month.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complete control<\/strong> &#8211; You\u2019re always in control. Upgrade, switch plans, or even cancel at any time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contact support<\/strong> &#8211; Get support directly through my rain.
