{"id":388550,"date":"2021-03-05T09:12:47","date_gmt":"2021-03-05T07:12:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=388550"},"modified":"2021-03-05T09:14:53","modified_gmt":"2021-03-05T07:14:53","slug":"netflix-launches-tiktok-like-fast-laughs-feature","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/broadcasting\/388550-netflix-launches-tiktok-like-fast-laughs-feature.html","title":{"rendered":"Netflix launches TikTok-like Fast Laughs feature"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After testing in late 2020, streaming giant Netflix has officially <a href=\"https:\/\/about.netflix.com\/en\/news\/fast-laughs-is-here\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>launched<\/strong><\/a> a new short-form video feature called Fast Laughs.<\/p>\n<p>Fast Laughs provides Netflix mobile app users with small comedy clips from the service&#8217;s vast content library.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Fast Laughs offers a full-screen feed of funny clips from our big comedy catalogue including films, series, sitcoms, and stand-up from comedians like Kevin Hart and Ali Wong,&#8221; Netflix stated.<\/p>\n<p>At launch, it will include clips from Murder Mystery, Big Mouth, The Crew, and stand-up sets from Kevin Hart and Ali Wong.<\/p>\n<p>Users can access the Fast Laughs feed through the bottom navigation menu on the app by clicking on the &#8220;Fast Laughs&#8221; tab next to &#8220;Coming Soon&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The clips will start playing, and automatically jump from one to the next, similar to how Facebook&#8217;s video feed works.<\/p>\n<p>Fast Laughs also lets users add series, films, and stand-up specials to their watchlist, or start viewing them immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, they are able to share the clips individually on WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter.
