The  SMS-based service is being driven by the Treatment Action Campaign and a group  of 20 other NGOs. <\/p>\n<p>The project has launched a &quot;No to xenophobia&quot; SMS line where citizens can  send comments or report xenophobic attacks. The service also has a pledge line  which users can use to donate funds for food and blankets for violence victims.  <\/p>\n<p>Behind the project is Cell-Life, an NGO that uses mobile technology to assist  in HIV\/Aids treatment. Cell-Life&#8217;s Peter Benjamin says: &quot;Almost everyone has a  cell phone. South Africa, make your voice heard to counter the violence.
