{"id":39219,"date":"2011-12-02T09:52:02","date_gmt":"2011-12-02T07:52:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=39219"},"modified":"2011-12-02T09:54:54","modified_gmt":"2011-12-02T07:54:54","slug":"iphone-4s-customers-are-satisfied","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/technology\/39219-iphone-4s-customers-are-satisfied.html","title":{"rendered":"iPhone 4S customers are satisfied"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A <a title=\"ChangeWave\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/383715-ChangeWave\">ChangeWave<\/a> survey of iPhone 4S owners shows that customer satisfaction for the latest <a title=\"Apple\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/342717-Apple-inc\">Apple<\/a> smart phone is higher than for its predecessor, the iPhone 4.<\/p>\n<p>77 percent of customers surveyed in November 2011 said that they are \u201cvery satisfied\u201d with their iPhone 4S.<\/p>\n<p>This is higher than the 72 percent of iPhone 4 users who had the same level of satisfaction when surveyed in July 2010.<\/p>\n<p>ChangeWave also asked users which features they like best on the iPhone 4S, with the \u201cSiri digital assistant\u201d chosen by 49 percent of users.
