{"id":40651,"date":"2012-01-06T10:06:00","date_gmt":"2012-01-06T08:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=40651"},"modified":"2012-01-06T10:07:33","modified_gmt":"2012-01-06T08:07:33","slug":"ipad-3-rumour-roundup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/technology\/40651-ipad-3-rumour-roundup.html","title":{"rendered":"iPad 3 rumour roundup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to sources speaking to <em>iLounge<\/em>, the iPad 3 is on its way for a late Q1 debut, bringing with it a higher resolution screen, updated cameras and a thicker profile.<\/p>\n<p>The next generation <a title=\"Apple\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/342717-Apple-inc\">Apple<\/a> iPad is expected to ship with a \u201cretina\u201d display similar to the ones found on the iPhone 4 and 4S. The resolution is expected to be double that found on previous iPads, 1536&#215;2048 instead of 768&#215;1024.<\/p>\n<p>iLounge also reports that both front and rear cameras will get a spec bump.
