{"id":416080,"date":"2021-09-28T13:38:07","date_gmt":"2021-09-28T11:38:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=416080"},"modified":"2021-09-28T13:40:12","modified_gmt":"2021-09-28T11:40:12","slug":"mtn-slashes-data-prices-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/cellular\/416080-mtn-slashes-data-prices-3.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN slashes data prices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MTN has launched a new promotional pay-as-you-go price plan called BozzaGigs LTE that will offer subscribers discounted data prices.<\/p>\n<p>The deals are valid during MTN&#8217;s summer promotions, which will run until 31 January 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This year, although only slightly better than last, is certainly feeling more hopeful, with vaccines now available and the economy starting to improve,&#8221; said MTN chief consumer officer Mapula Bodibe.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Through our summer promotion, we want our customers to go big on us. It\u2019s our gift to them to close off the last few months of 2021 with some much-needed positivity&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>MTN promised to make data even more affordable to all its customers, irrespective of their plan or package.<\/p>\n<p>It encouraged subscribers to watch out for other big data deal announcements during the next few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Already available are MTN\u2019s BozzaGigs LTE deals, a new pay-as-you-go price plan that offers discounts on data bundles.
