According to Telkom the trials were successful and the company has started to upgrade subscribers to higher speeds.<\/p>\n<p>Telkom&rsquo;s &quot;Fastest DSL&quot; service provides downlink speeds of up to 4 096Kbps and uplink speeds of up to 384Kbps.
