The new website features a simpler navigation system and a better search functionality.

Cell C said that it realised that the navigation and usability of the website could be improved. “With this in mind, we re-looked all aspects of the site’s navigation and content to see where we could make improvements to make the user experience easier and more enjoyable,” said Cell C.

Cell C restructured the main navigation to allow for more logical organisation of content and allowing them flexibility to expand when they add more products and services.

“The navigation also now allows for customers to find what they’re looking for in one-click, as opposed to navigating to pages and sub-pages as was the case in the past,” Cell C explained.

The website’s search functionality has also been improved to incorporate search suggestions based on partial keyword entry.

<div
