{"id":4694,"date":"2008-08-01T17:30:00","date_gmt":"2008-08-01T15:30:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2008-08-01T17:30:00","modified_gmt":"2008-08-01T15:30:00","slug":"gamers-get-ready","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/gaming\/4694-gamers-get-ready.html","title":{"rendered":"Gamers get ready"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>South African gaming fans should be revving up their machines around now ahead of the Rage 2008 NAG LAN to be held in October. <\/p>\n<p>The annual gaming festival will be a 53-hour marathon gaming session that will attract as many 1 800 players from around the country. <\/p>\n<p>The event will be held at the Coca Cola Dome in Northgate from 3 to 5 October.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>The LAN opens at 10am on Friday and ends at 3pm on Sunday, a full 53 hours of play that will include a Battlefield 2 competition with R32 000 worth of prizes at stake.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>A total of 1 800 tickets will be made available at R250.
