{"id":47420,"date":"2012-04-10T09:05:20","date_gmt":"2012-04-10T07:05:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=47420"},"modified":"2012-04-10T09:06:13","modified_gmt":"2012-04-10T07:06:13","slug":"new-iphone-coming-october","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/technology\/47420-new-iphone-coming-october.html","title":{"rendered":"New iPhone coming October?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The next generation <a title=\"Apple\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/342717-Apple-inc\">Apple<\/a> iPhone will launch in October according to a Foxconn insider.<\/p>\n<p>The head of human resources at <a title=\"Foxconn\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/369768-Foxconn\">Foxconn\u2019s<\/a> Taiyuan factory has apparently let slip the information during an interview according to South Korea&#8217;s Maeil Business Newspaper.<\/p>\n<p>Foxconn \u201cjust got the order\u201d according to the HR head, adding that \u201cthe release will be around October.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Taiyuan factory has been hiring more employees in anticipation of the increase in production before the next gen iPhone launch.<\/p>\n<p>This latest rumoured launch date joins a host of others, including a report that the new iPhone will launch in June.
