{"id":47550,"date":"2012-04-11T11:00:27","date_gmt":"2012-04-11T09:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=47550"},"modified":"2012-04-11T14:11:29","modified_gmt":"2012-04-11T12:11:29","slug":"data-quota-boost-on-hetzner-dedicated-hosting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/cloud-hosting\/47550-data-quota-boost-on-hetzner-dedicated-hosting.html","title":{"rendered":"Data quota boost on Hetzner dedicated hosting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"Hetzner\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/307433-Hetzner\">Hetzner<\/a> announced a large hike in traffic quotas on its Dedicated Server product range today (11 April 2012), increasing data caps by up to 200%<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis traffic adjustment is part of our continued effort to increase the overall value proposition for our customers,\u201d said <a title=\"Deon de Villiers\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/211708-Deon-de-Villiers\">Deon de Villiers<\/a>, Hetzner\u2019s Managing Director.<\/p>\n<p>This latest bump in data quotas from Hetzner follows an increase in November 2011 where dedicated hosting traffic was boosted by up to 400%.<\/p>\n<p>Hetzner\u2019s increase towards the end of last year also saw a doubling in traffic allotments on shared hosting packages and a decrease in over-usage costs across the board.<\/p>\n<p>The table below outlines the new traffic quotas and the percentage by which they have been increased:<\/p>\n<div class=\"table-responsive\"><table class=\"table\" style=\"background-color: #f2f2f2;
