{"id":497799,"date":"2023-06-27T13:29:49","date_gmt":"2023-06-27T11:29:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=497799"},"modified":"2023-06-27T13:38:32","modified_gmt":"2023-06-27T11:38:32","slug":"mtn-crushes-vodacom-in-data-customer-satisfaction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/cellular\/497799-mtn-crushes-vodacom-in-data-customer-satisfaction.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN crushes Vodacom in data customer satisfaction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New research by Analytico revealed that MTN\u2019s customer satisfaction rating among mobile data users is much higher than Vodacom, Telkom, Cell C, and Rain.<\/p>\n<p>Analytico is a research company that provides reports, network intelligence, and marketing insights to South Africa\u2019s ICT industry.<\/p>\n<p>The mobile customer satisfaction rating report is based on data collected through MyBroadband\u2019s mobile apps during the first half of 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The research revealed that MTN has an exceptionally high customer satisfaction rating of 80% among mobile data users.<\/p>\n<p>MTN comfortably outperforms Vodacom, Telkom, Cell C, and Rain, which scored between 71% and 60%.<\/p>\n<p>An interesting finding was that Telkom and Cell C performed particularly well among iPhone users, while MTN and Vodacom scored better among Android users.<\/p>\n<p>Telkom, for example, had a much higher customer satisfaction than Vodacom among iPhone users.
