{"id":516709,"date":"2023-11-23T16:35:43","date_gmt":"2023-11-23T14:35:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=516709"},"modified":"2023-11-23T16:35:43","modified_gmt":"2023-11-23T14:35:43","slug":"chatgpt-rolling-out-voice-chat-feature-to-all-users","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/software\/516709-chatgpt-rolling-out-voice-chat-feature-to-all-users.html","title":{"rendered":"ChatGPT rolling out voice chat feature to all users"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>OpenAI is rolling out ChatGPT voice conversations to all free users on its mobile app, according to an <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/gdb\/status\/1727067288740970877?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announcement<\/a><\/strong> from co-founder Greg Brockman.<\/p>\n<p>The company introduced voice conversations for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/software\/509124-chatgpt-getting-ability-to-speak-and-listen.html\">ChatGPT Plus and Enterprise subscribers<\/a><\/strong> on Android and iOS in September 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;ChatGPT Voice rolled out for all free users. To access the feature, users must tap the headphone icon in the bottom left corner of the chat interface.<\/p>\n<p>Doing so for the first time will let you choose from one of the five personas.
