<\/strong>Well-known hacker, Reckz0r, has put forward new claims of hacking as many as 79 banks, and has released customer data including names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers as proof.<\/p>\n

“I penetrated over 79 large banks, I’ve been targeting these banks since 3 months,” said a tweet from Reckz0r\u2019s Twitter<\/a> account. “Actually, I didn’t hacked VISA<\/a> & Mastercard<\/a>, I hacked the banks, #Chase..etc.” (sic)<\/p>\n

A post on code sharing site, Pastebin links through to a downloadable file on the AnonFiles.com site which contains data from about 1,700 worldwide accounts.<\/p>\n

Reckz0r claims that only a portion of the data is being release, sans credit card numbers, as there is \u201cjust too much of it.\u201d Dutch media reports that there are 53 Gigabytes of data, consisting of 113 pages of information.<\/p>\n

The latest hack comes days after Reckz0r announced he\/she would be retiring from \u201chacking for fun\u201d to become a ‘whitehat’ hacker.<\/p>\n

Reckz0r claims to have been a former Anonymous<\/a> hacker, and founding member of the new \u201cSpexSecurity\u201d hacking group.<\/p>\n
