{"id":53837,"date":"2012-06-29T09:09:16","date_gmt":"2012-06-29T07:09:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=53837"},"modified":"2012-06-29T09:10:50","modified_gmt":"2012-06-29T07:10:50","slug":"get-android-4-1-for-your-galaxy-nexus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/technology\/53837-get-android-4-1-for-your-galaxy-nexus.html","title":{"rendered":"Get Android 4.1 for your Galaxy Nexus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><\/strong>At the I\/O conference, <a title=\"Google\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/314567-Google\">Google<\/a> distributed a version of <a title=\"Android\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/221979-Google-Android\">Android<\/a> 4.1 Jelly Bean to attendees which has now been made available to the public, thanks to <em>RootzWiki<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The update was originally intended for GSM Galaxy Nexus smartphones; however, developers have managed to fix a range of bugs and made the version compatible with all Galaxy Nexus models.<\/p>\n<p>The leaked OS is fully functional and no bugs have been reported by users yet.
