{"id":546443,"date":"2005-06-06T13:50:11","date_gmt":"2005-06-06T13:50:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8888\/wordpress\/technology\/546443-no-porn-for-is-customers.html"},"modified":"2005-06-06T13:50:11","modified_gmt":"2005-06-06T13:50:11","slug":"no-porn-for-is-customers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/technology\/546443-no-porn-for-is-customers.html","title":{"rendered":"No porn for IS customers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><font face=\"verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\" size=\"2\">This follows numerous complaints received by ITWeb from users who claim that for the past two weeks, they have been unable to access adult-related Web sites and chat rooms, although they are unsure of the reasons behind this.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><font face=\"verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Suggestions range from hackers having accessed IS&#8217;s server and blocked access to adult sites for surfers, to the company itself deciding which sites its users may visit.<\/font> <\/font><\/p>\n<p \/>\n<p><font size=\"2\">According to one user, either option opens up a disturbing possibility: if IS has been hacked, why has it not done anything about it, and if it has chosen to block access to the sites, on what grounds does it do so? <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\" \/><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\">Another one was quoted as saying: \u201cThey are ducking and diving and their abuse department will not respond to mail. Is this deliberate or have they been hacked?
