Wally Beelders, Telkom\u2019s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, says customers who subscribe to Telkom CLOSER are charged a fixed rate for calls anywhere in the country. <\/font><\/p>\n

\u201cTelkom CLOSER is customer centricity in action. We conducted a thorough analysis of customer needs and preferences prior to conceptualising Telkom CLOSER,\u201d he said.<\/font> <\/p>\n

\u201cThe resultant calling plans enable our diverse customer base to choose the option that complements their choice of lifestyle. But the calling plans have one thing in common: all of them will save you money,\u201d he continued.<\/font> <\/p>\n

Telkom Closer Plan 3<\/strong> <\/font><\/p>\n

Unlimited local and long distance calls during Callmore time, up to an hour per call, at a fixed cost of R 300-00 per month. Customers who choose Plan 3 will also receive 1 000 Standard time minutes per month. <\/font><\/p>\n

Telkom Closer Plan 2<\/strong> <\/font><\/p>\n

Unlimited local and long distance calls during Callmore time, up to an hour per call at a fixed cost of R145 per month. In addition, subscribers will be able to make local and long distance calls at 68c per minute during Standard time. <\/font><\/p>\n

Telkom Closer Plan 1<\/strong> <\/font><\/p>\n

Local and long distance calls during Callmore time, up to an hour per call, will be charged at a fixed rate of R1.40 per call. This plan costs R 120-00 per month.<\/font> <\/p>\n

Local and long distance calls will be charged at 68c per minute during Standard time.<\/font> <\/p>\n

Telkom CLOSER: fixed rates include additional benefits<\/strong> <\/font><\/p>\n

All these plans include home line rental and Call Answer in the price.<\/font> <\/p>\n

Telkom CLOSER Internet Add-On<\/strong> <\/font><\/p>\n

Customers who subscribe to any one of the calling plans qualify for an Internet add-on. A rental fee of R150 per month secures 150 local Internet dial-up hours per month during Callmore time.<\/font> <\/p>\n

Telkom\u2019s spokesperson Lulu Letlape said that the plans proved to be very popular, with more than 20 000 customers already signed up. Most of these customers opted for plan 3.<\/font><\/p>\n

These plans are only available to post-paid customers.<\/font> <\/p>\n
