This new wage agreement will be effective from tomorrow.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\">The new agreement includes the following benefits to employees:<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\">\u2022 Gain sharing (which ranges from R10 000 to R15 000 for the different categories of employees in the bargaining unit).<br \/>\u2022 Backdating of the long service awards to 1 January 2006.<br \/>\u2022 The revision to the compression of grades proposal.
