Our systems do carry a UPS and diesel generator backup. The outage had to do with a failure in the power circuit,\u201d Hetzner said.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\">Hetzner added that power was fully restored by 20h45 with the majority of servers able to recover automatically, but many users complained about outages lasting up to 22:00.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\">The company said that there will be a full investigation to ensure that problems of this nature do not occur again.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\">\u201cWe would like to reassure our clients that this incident received our immediate attention with Hetzner&#8217;s technical engineers onsite overseeing the process. There will be an internal investigation to determine the cause of this incident.
