LG has begun rolling out its new range of premium IPS7 series monitors.<\/p>\n

The new monitors feature LG\u2019s Cinema Screen design, with an extremely thin (as low as 1.2mm thin) bezel around the panel.<\/p>\n

LG\u2019s in-plane switching (IPS) feature allows for wider viewing angles, while the panel is LED-illuminated -which helps reduce its exterior thickness to 14.1mm.<\/p>\n

A key feature on the new range is the Mobile High-Definition Link (MHL) connectivity, which allows mobile devices, like smartphones, to be connected for viewing on a large screen.<\/p>\n

The IPS7 series from LG is being launched with two models: the 23-inch IPS237L, and the 27-inch IPS277L.<\/p>\n

Both models feature 1920 x 1080 pixel native resolution, 5 ms response time, mega contrast-ratio, and 250 cd\/m\u00b2 brightness.<\/p>\n

Its feature-set includes hardware colour-calibration, an aggressive power-saving mode, and 6-axis control. Apart from MHL, the display supports standard HDMI using an adapter cable.<\/p>\n

The SA timeline\/availability is still to be confirmed and the RRP will be revealed once the timeline is confirmed.<\/p>\n
