{"id":56873,"date":"2012-08-07T14:31:15","date_gmt":"2012-08-07T12:31:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=56873"},"modified":"2012-08-07T14:31:15","modified_gmt":"2012-08-07T12:31:15","slug":"vodacom-loses-another-exec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/business\/56873-vodacom-loses-another-exec.html","title":{"rendered":"Vodacom loses another exec"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vodacom financial services executive, Mark Taylor is leaving the mobile operator, and will be joining Nashua Mobile as managing director.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor\u2019s departure at Vodacom follows the news that Vodacom CEO Pieter Uys will step down as CEO to make way for new CEO Shameel Joosub.<\/p>\n<p>In June Vodacom announced that that Sipho Maseko, managing director of Vodacom SA and chief operating officer of the Vodacom Group, had also decided to leave the company.<\/p>\n<p>Nashua Mobile said that Taylor will head up Nashua Mobile as the managing director from 1 October 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor first joined Nashua Mobile in 2000 as a director responsible for IT and operations after being responsible for the merger between Plessey and Nedtel.
