title=\"Samsung\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/333656-Samsung\">Samsung<\/a> Galaxy Note 2 at Vodacom World on 3 October 2012 and at participating outlets from 6 October 2012.<\/p>\n<p>The device carries a recommended retail price of R7,400 and is set to be available on My Gig contracts at the following prices:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard My Gig 1 at R389.00 per month<\/li>\n<li>Standard My Gig 2 at R429.00 per month<\/li>\n<li>Top Up Data Standard My Gig 1 at R389.00 per month<\/li>\n<li>Top Up Data Standard My Gig 2 at R429.00 per month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The device was confirmed for South Africa on 30 August 2012, a day after Samsung announced the successor to its phone\/tablet hybrid at IFA in Berlin.<\/p>\n<p>According to Samsung\u2019s announcement, the device will feature a 5.5-inch 720p (720\u00d71280) display, 1.6GHz quad-core processor, and Android 4.1.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_58521\" style=\"width: 610px\"
