{"id":64830,"date":"2012-11-16T08:17:41","date_gmt":"2012-11-16T06:17:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=64830"},"modified":"2012-11-16T14:22:58","modified_gmt":"2012-11-16T12:22:58","slug":"e-tags-half-a-million-sold","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/technology\/64830-e-tags-half-a-million-sold.html","title":{"rendered":"E-tags: half a million sold"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At least 500,000 e-tags have been sold to motorists and fleet vehicle owners in Gauteng, the SA National Roads Agency (<a title=\"Sanral\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/372008-SANRAL\">Sanral<\/a>) said on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;At least 500,000 have been sold: 300,000 of them have been bought by private individuals,&#8221; Sanral representative <a title=\"Alex van Niekerk\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/481120-Alex-van-Niekerk\">Alex van Niekerk<\/a> told a public hearing in Johannesburg.<\/p>\n<p>His statement was met with loud boos from the public.
