I humbly ask for an urgent loan. I promise to give that money back to you on February 2 2009. I ask for &pound;1400 [R21000] ONLY.&rdquo; <\/p>\n<p> Attached is a fake cheque as assurance the loan will be repaid. <\/p>\n<p> A spokesman for Tutu&rsquo;s office said the letter had been doing the rounds on the Internet.
