The High Court in Pretoria on Thursday dismissed an application to have the Gauteng e-tolling project scrapped.<\/p>\n

“In my view the application cannot succeed,” Judge Louis Vorster ruled.<\/p>\n

He said the crux of the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance’s application, that there had not been an efficient public participation process, was flawed.<\/p>\n
