WAP site at <a href=\"http:\/\/live.vodafone.com\/tv\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/live.vodafone.com\/tv<\/a>, or push the Vodafone live! button on their 3G cellphone which options will navigate them to the TV &amp; Video page on Vodafone live! from where they can select the Budget Speech broadcast.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Vodacom customers who want to follow the developments of the Budget speech can do so by accessing Vodacom&rsquo;s Mobile TV service on their 3G Vodafone live! cellphones at 4:30pm to watch a live interview on Summit with Finance Minister Trevor Manuel.
