Data &#8211; not so much. I have basically a non-existent data connection in the Hatfield area and in Faerie Glen,\u201d said one Cell C subscriber.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have the same problem in Sandton CBD. On HSPA+ but there is no data even though the signal is good,\u201d said another Cell C user.<\/p>\n<p>Cell C customers have also reported frustration with poor customer service levels. \u201cIt took me 3 phone calls and an hour to get my Cell C pre-paid SIM deactivated,\u201d said one user.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo tempted to just cancel my last Cell C contract, pay the penalty fee and finish my move to <a title=\"Vodacom\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/227063-Vodacom\">Vodacom<\/a>.
