existing BlackBerry Internet Service (<a title=\"BIS\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/429993-BIS-BlackBerry-Internet-Service\">BIS<\/a>) will be capped at 200MB and re-branded to \u201cBlackBerry Absolute\u201d from 1 March 2013.<\/p>\n<p>This confirms earlier reports that <a title=\"New MTN BlackBerry Absolute package revealed\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/cellular\/70022-new-mtn-blackberry-absolute-package-revealed.html\">MTN would be introducing a cap on its BIS offering<\/a> for older (BlackBerry OS 7 and earlier) BlackBerry devices.<\/p>\n<p>The text of the SMS was as follows:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Yello, to ensure a world class internet experience for all MTN customers, the BlackBerry BIS package on the MTN network will be capped at 200MB &amp; will be offered as a new plan called BlackBerry Absolute as of the 01\/03\/2013.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"attachment_70026\" style=\"width: customers will be able to load an Internet bundle once the cap of this new BlackBerry Absolute package is exhausted.<\/p>\n<p>MTN was contacted for further information regarding the capping of its BIS
