{"id":7381,"date":"2009-03-19T13:55:00","date_gmt":"2009-03-19T11:55:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2009-03-19T13:55:00","modified_gmt":"2009-03-19T11:55:00","slug":"neotel-network-problems","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/telecoms\/7381-neotel-network-problems.html","title":{"rendered":"Neotel Network Problems"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Over the past week Neotel&rsquo;s residential and small business clients have been dogged by network and Internet related problems.<\/p>\n<p>The latest round of difficulties started yesterday.&nbsp; Neotel&rsquo;s NeoConnect and NeoFlex clients were unable to access online resources.&nbsp; According to Neotel&rsquo;s helpdesk they are well aware of the problems and they are trying to resolve it as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>This most recent set of problems comes only days after Neotel subscribers complained about slow speeds on the network.&nbsp; According to consumer feedback Neotel is not delivering the average speeds they advertised, something which may be related to network configuration problems.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Neotel are having major configuration issues with their network. Apparently they aren&#8217;t realising anywhere near the average speeds they have been advertising.
