My card got declined.. Why! Cos FNB\u2019s whole system is down!\u201d one user said on Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>FNB\u2019s customer service representative on Twitter, Rbjacobs, posted the following message to the social network:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlease accept our apologies #FNB Banking Systems are currently experiencing intermittent service availability.
