{"id":75611,"date":"2013-04-15T15:26:19","date_gmt":"2013-04-15T13:26:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/?p=75611"},"modified":"2013-04-16T08:14:43","modified_gmt":"2013-04-16T06:14:43","slug":"afrihost-adsl-capped-prices-slashed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/adsl\/75611-afrihost-adsl-capped-prices-slashed.html","title":{"rendered":"Afrihost ADSL capped prices slashed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"Afrihost\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/307435-Afrihost\">Afrihost<\/a> will give their paid capped subscribers double their normal amount of data at no additional charge, the Internet service provider (ISP) recently revealed to MyBroadband.<\/p>\n<p>According to the ISP this means its prices have effectively been slashed by 50%.<\/p>\n<p>The company said it also still honours (and offers) a free GB of data on all capped accounts, meaning that subscribers that currently pay R29 for 2GB will get a total of 5GB per month for the duration of the promotion (the additional free GB must be activated in ClientZone).<\/p>\n<p>Capped clients will be paying as little as R4 per GB on higher packages, which Afrihost boasted is the lowest per-gigabyte price on the South African broadband market.<\/p>\n<p>New clients can sign up for the packages immediately and existing clients will receive the additional data from 1 May 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The offer will run until the end of July 2013, Afrihost said, at which point it will be revised or extended.<\/p>\n<div class=\"table-responsive\"><table class=\"table\" style=\"background-color: #f4f4f4;
