Network problems affecting Cell C<\/a> users in Pretoria are due to an upgrade to its 3G network covering the area, a spokesperson for the mobile network operator has told MyBroadband.<\/p>\n

According to Cell C, the upgrade is to improve quality of service and capacity.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe apologise to customers in the area who might have experienced issues during this process,\u201d Cell C said.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll services are up and running and customers should be able to access 3G services,\u201d Cell C said. \u201cCell C is also completing a drive test to ensure the quality of the upgraded service.\u201d<\/p>\n
