currently 3.1 million <a title=\"BlackBerry\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/342709-BlackBerry\">BlackBerry<\/a> phones, 1 million <a title=\"Android\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/221979-Google-Android\">Android<\/a> smartphones, 600,000 iOS\/<a title=\"iPhones\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/487844-iPhone\">iPhones<\/a> and 150,000 <a title=\"Windows\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/462587-Windows-Phone\">Windows<\/a> mobile devices on its network.<\/p>\n<p>In its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2013, Vodacom said that it has 6 million\u00a0active smartphones on its network, an increase of 1.2 million year-on-year.<\/p>\n<p>BlackBerry remains the most popular smartphone on the Vodacom network, but its growth has slowed significantly.<\/p>\n<p>In March Vodacom said that it had 3 million BlackBerry devices, 800,000 Android phones, 400,000 iOS\/iPhones and 165,000 Windows smartphones on its
