{"id":788,"date":"2007-07-27T07:59:00","date_gmt":"2007-07-27T05:59:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2007-07-27T07:59:00","modified_gmt":"2007-07-27T05:59:00","slug":"openweb-promises-higher-caps-for-less","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/adsl\/788-openweb-promises-higher-caps-for-less.html","title":{"rendered":"Openweb promises higher caps for less"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.openweb.co.za\" target=\"_blank\">Openweb<\/a> MD Keoma Wright said that they are currently busy testing a &lsquo;very exciting new product&rsquo; that they are hoping to launch in beta stage next month. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This product will work via VPN and offer larger caps for less,&rdquo; said Wright.<\/p>\n<p>Openweb has grown its ADSL subscriber base to more than 3000 users, and they expect this number to increase substantially with the launch of their new product range.<\/p>\n<p>Openweb is mostly known for reselling Internet Solutions based ADSL accounts, but Wright said that they are also looking at bringing more choice to consumers.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We are currently in negotiations to launch our SAIX range of accounts at extremely competitive prices,&rdquo; he points out.<\/p>\n<p>Their most popular product however remains their low-cost 10 GB account. &ldquo;Currently our best selling product is the 1GB &#43; 9GB local that we sell for only R89. This product has seen a 200% increase in sales in the last month.
