{"id":8284,"date":"2009-06-03T10:14:00","date_gmt":"2009-06-03T08:14:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2009-06-03T10:14:00","modified_gmt":"2009-06-03T08:14:00","slug":"telkom-s-mostert-back-at-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/business\/8284-telkom-s-mostert-back-at-work.html","title":{"rendered":"Telkom\u2019s Mostert back at work"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Telkom has lifted the suspension of Marius Mostert, a senior executive at the company. <\/p>\n<p>In March this year, <a href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/Telecoms\/7456.html\">Mostert was suspended<\/a> after certain <a href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/Telecoms\/7032.html\">tender-related allegations<\/a> were levelled against him. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;With Mostert being a key member of senior management, this process was vital for both Mostert and the Telkom Group in the spirit of fairness and transparency, as well as the Company&rsquo;s consistent adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley and the King II codes for sound corporate governance,&rdquo; Telkom said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Due internal processes were immediately instituted. This included a thorough independent forensic investigation.
