African email spammers named, shamed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Internet Service Providers\u2019 Association of South Africa (<a title=\"ISPA\" href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/showthread.php\/211694-ISPA\">ISPA<\/a>) has updated its \u201cSpam Hall of Shame\u201d, naming and shaming South Africa\u2019s biggest e-mail spammers and e-mail address resellers.<\/p>\n<p>This update follows a ruling in June 2013 where the South Gauteng High Court dismissed, with costs, an application by Ketler Investments to be removed from ISPA Spam Hall of Shame.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis ruling vindicates ISPA\u2019s efforts to combat spam originating in South Africa as well as being a victory for freedom of speech,\u201d the association said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>The latest ISPA Hall of Shame report named 50 local e-mail spammers and 31 South African e-mail address resellers.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\">South African spammers identified in the
