Telkom<\/a> Internet informed its capped ADSL subscribers that their data allowance has been doubled in a new promotion.<\/p>\n

Telkom Internet confirmed that their soft cap promotion, which runs from 1 September 2013 to 31 March 2014, offers subscribers double their monthly data cap.<\/p>\n

This promotion ups the value to Telkom Internet ADSL subscribers, raising the question of how the ISP’s new capped accounts stack up against competing providers.<\/p>\n
