MTN<\/a> has told MyBroadband that it is aware of the bugs affecting its revamped website and is working to resolve them.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have a team that is dedicated to working around the clock to fix and rectify the problems experienced by users,\u201d said Ryan Gould<\/a>, MTN SA brand and communications general manager.<\/p>\n

Gould confirmed that the new MTN.co.za website went live on 5 September 2013 after the mobile operator started a project to re-engineer its website.<\/p>\n

According to Gould, the aim was to provide their customers with a single platform for information on services and product offerings, as well as offer a place to buy MTN products and services online.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll the previous MTN sites, MTN.co.za, MTNsp.co.za, MTN Business.co.za, MTN Active.co.za, now fall within one single site,\u201d Gould said.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately the new MTN SA site has experienced teething problems, Gould said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe hope to stabilise the site to its optimal level soon.\u201d<\/p>\n
