It would reach 10 cents a minute by 2019.

In 2010, Icasa determined that ineffective competition existed in the provision of call termination because of inefficient pricing.

More cellular news

Cell C competition complaint against Vodacom, MTN

SA mobile prices not as high as you think: Vodacom

Vodacom, MTN shares down on call rate cut news

20c per minute drop too steep: Vodacom

The Independent Communications Authority of SA (Icasa) has gazetted the draft call termination regulations

[3
36,355,533,42,689,41,1405
post-88941","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-telecoms","tag-active","tag-cell-c","tag-icasa","tag-mtn","tag-telkom-mobile","tag-vodacom","tag-william-stucke
