{"id":9120,"date":"2009-08-07T19:46:00","date_gmt":"2009-08-07T17:46:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2009-08-07T19:46:00","modified_gmt":"2009-08-07T17:46:00","slug":"telkom-gives-date-for-nyse-delisting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/business\/9120-telkom-gives-date-for-nyse-delisting.html","title":{"rendered":"Telkom gives date for NYSE delisting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The telecommunications operator said it intends to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on about August 17, and provide a copy thereof to the NYSE to effect the delisting on about August 27.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The delisting is expected to be effective 10 days after the filing of Form 25; following this Telkom will file a Form 15F with the SEC to deregister and terminate its reporting obligations under the Exchange Act.
