First National Bank (FNB<\/a>) now lets qualifying clients finance up to 4 devices through its smart device promotion.<\/p>\n

That’s the word from Kartik Mistry<\/a>, head of FNB’s Smart Devices unit.<\/p>\n

Mistry explained that customers can now have a maximum of 4 active devices on their profile, where “active” means you are still paying off a device over a 24-month term.<\/p>\n

Mistry\u00a0said that this applies only to the products FNB currently lists online and not necessarily to future products.<\/p>\n

Asked whether there are any restrictions on which 4 devices a client may have active at any one time, Mistry said that the only limit is that they allow only 1 iPhone per customer.<\/p>\n

The increase in the number of devices that FNB cheque and private banking clients can buy through the bank comes shortly after FNB introduced a deal for Microsoft’s Xbox 360 gaming console<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mistry also previously said that they will offer the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One video game consoles<\/a> when they become available in South Africa.<\/p>\n
