DStv<\/a> Mobile announced the launch of a limited edition 4.3-inch Walka device in a press statement on Monday, 18 November 2013.<\/p>\n

According to DStv Mobile, the device has a 16×9 aspect ratio and a battery life of 3. 5 hours.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith the festive season just around the corner, we wanted to come up with a product that is fun and easy to use so that our subscribers don\u2019t have to miss a moment of their favourite DStv shows as they go about their holiday activities,\u201d CEO of DStv Digital Media (the company that develops DStv Mobile products), John Kotsaftis<\/a>, is quoted as saying.<\/p>\n

DStv Mobile said that coverage for its DVB-H network is available in the 10 major cities of South Africa: Pretoria, Johannesburg, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, Durban, Rustenburg, Port Elizabeth, East London, Cape Town, and Mbombela.<\/p>\n

The Walka 4.3 will be available from major retailers at the recommended retail price of R699, \u201cwhile stocks last\u201d.<\/p>\n
