LG South Africa is currently in discussions with local mobile network operators to bring the G Flex to South Africa, a spokesperson for the company has told MyBroadband.<\/p>\n

The Android-based smartphone from LG, which boasts a curved 6-inch display, received a US launch date at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs you can imagine, we are extremely excited about the G Flex and its official launch at CES this week,\u201d LG told MyBroadband.<\/p>\n

However, LG said that while they were in talks, the carrier buyer groups were still on holidays in the second week of January.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is unfortunately no confirmed launch schedule for the handset in South Africa,\u201d LG said.<\/p>\n
