British law firm Carter Ruck agreed Tuesday that The Guardian could publish details of Farrelly&#8217;s questions.<\/p>\n<p>Several thousands sought medical treatment after waste from a tanker chartered by Trafigura Beheer BV was offloaded at sites around Abidjan in August 2006.
