What if they both right and there is more then one god? Would the people still talk about peace if their gods didn't want any? Seeing that they both suffer from a 'I am the only god' syndrome.

Ancient mythology from all over the world describes their gods that way. Usually two faction of gods fight for top position. Leaving the fighting for their worshipers. The losing side is usually described as the evil ones.
They must find it difficult those who take authority as the truth instead of truth as the authority

A war fought on behalf of imaginary beings, having very real consequences on it's flesh-and-blood proponents. Sad.
I once dated a girl who lisped, she wanted to watch Faith Like Potatoes. 20 minutes in it dawned that we weren't watching a movie about the Elephant Man...

OP must be knocking his head against the wall. Massive derail coming.

What do gods need to fight over?

Yesterday's lesson took all day, I doubt there's enough daylight left today for a lesson.

Well I've no idea what non-existent deities fight over? Abstract quasi-sport teams? Outer-dimensional quantum Tupperware?

But seriously, I hope that Jews, Muslims, Christians and everyone could just get alone and be less fundamentalist about everything, hell it's a matter of faith - but faiths and bias should never lead to blood shed, if it does then one should seriously reconsider what their faith is about and it's value.

True, it's sad that so many people have and still are dying for nothing.

Did you read the full article? FYI, the God that you believe in created me. There is not two Gods. But One. We do not describe Him in the same way, but He remains One. Please do read the whole letter.

Wayfarer, meet rza. I'll save you the time, frustration and meds. rza will never take your advice to read the whole letter, he believes what he believes without compromise. No matter how right you are, he will insist that you are 100% wrong and that he is 100% right, even if he is 100% wrong as shown yesterday. There is no debating with him, there is no discussing with him, there is only incredulity. Save yourself now while you still have your sanity, it's too late for me...

Lol, you and your mates are welcome to post comments, within the requested framework. There will be plenty of opportunities to discuss "those other matters" that tickle your fancy in other threads. Surely atheists and agnostics can comment on interaction between religious groups based on what THEY have in common, without you sharing that commonality, and without stooping to ridicule and denigration.

Welcome to PD, any break from rza's ramblings will be a much needed relief.

And just to add, according to my sig you only have a 10% chance of winning a debate.
