    East London today became the third city in South Africa to be connected to Cell C’s new high-speed mobile broadband network after Port Elizabeth and East London.
    So it's 2nd and 3rd?
    53.91% of South Africans voted in favour of the Nkandla compound and SABC censorship.

    Erm... spot the blooper.

    But on topic - nice to see they're expanding, and the experience gained and lessons learned from the roll out in the smaller centres will stand them in good stead for when they tackle the likes of Johannesburg and Cape Town.

    Fantastic news.. Ill go buy a cellc sim card today! So wanna test this out... wait.. I take it my normal hsdpa modem will not cut it?

    A K3565 will work, but not many others, check on their website.

    Yeah, but not at full 21Mbps anyway, just lousy 3.6Mbps. (Not like real speeds will be 21Mbps anyways)

    I wonder what the upload speeds are like. Pretty excited about this. Will totally be purchasing CellC data card after work today. Im right next to a tower as well. Are there special modems we can purchase to try get the full speed?

    Im also wondering about international latency for my gaming
