Thread: Server 2008 Redirected Share/NTFS Security Permissions?

Default Server 2008 Redirected Share/NTFS Security Permissions?

Hello. Does anybody know the correct working Share/NTFS Security Permissions for Server 2008? I currently have a testing environment setup which redirects basic folders such as Desktop, Documents and My Pictures ect. But when the Client "Win7" Logs in and opens up there personal folder with these goody's in them, they are able to move or delete them which breaks the profile. Is there any way I can prevent users from deleting or moving these folders?

Look around in the group policy. Im sure there must be a object to configure.

Possibly, but where? I have checked countless Google posts and Youtube Videos. I just can't seem to find the proper Share/NTFS Permissions
