Lost 30kg on LCHF in the first year. Been maintaining this weight for 3 years, but falling off the bantwagon over holidays, picking up about 5kg each time, then losing it again in the first month of returning to LCHF.
Not a diet per se, but I applied the principles of the palio diet [very loosely] and managed to lose 25kg's last year [Feb - Dec].
Decided to do an intermittent fasting day today. So far so good...no calories consumed yet & should be OK till tomorrow morning.
Tried low carb, delicious breakfasts, lost 10Kg in a month and still losing slowly.
