    Default Strange behaviour

It all started when I wanted to do the survey: http://surveys.mybroadband.co.za/ind...794677?lang=en

I am unable to open the link. Thought, meh, it's a DNS issue. Same issue I had, when I tried to open up the VC website. Started digging and and saw this:

    C:\Users\******>nslookup - 208.67.222.222
    Default Server: resolver1.opendns.com
    Address: 208.67.222.222

    > surveys.mybroadband.co.za
    Server: resolver1.opendns.com
    Address: 208.67.222.222

    Non-authoritative answer:
    Name: surveys.mybroadband.co.za
    Address: 41.203.16.67

    > exit

    C:\Users\******>nslookup - 8.8.8.8
    Default Server: google-public-dns-a.google.com
    Address: 8.8.8.8

    > surveys.mybroadband.co.za
    Server: google-public-dns-a.google.com
    Address: 8.8.8.8

    Non-authoritative answer:
    Name: surveys.mybroadband.co.za
    Address: 41.203.16.67

    > exit

    C:\Users\******>ping surveys.mybroadband.co.za

Pinging surveys.mybroadband.co.za [41.203.16.67] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 41.160.x.x: Destination host unreachable.
    Request timed out.

Then I wanted to go to CellC's website, same issue, not opening.

    C:\Users\******>
Seems like all the sites hosted on servers with 41.x.x.x IPs, I am unable to open. Is it just me?
